The house is awesome with wonderful views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. We were a family of 12 with children of all ages and the house gave us all plenty of room. You could find a space alone if you wanted or there was plenty of room for us all to be together. The pool and hot tub were a favorite with the kids. The house is in a neighborhood so you did get automated text messages if the noise level goes above a certain level. Cindy from Cuvee met us at the house on our arrival and had lei's for everyone and a wonderful spread of drinks and fresh snacks for us to enjoy. It was very welcome after traveling. They had provided the crib and high chair we needed. We did not realize that daily house keeping was included and that was also very nice. When we lost power Cindy was very responsive about coming out to reset the hot tub. And when we left Cindy stopped by and gave us a lovely gift to provide Hawaiian snacks for us to have during our trip home. The only flaw is it is advertised as a 7 bedroom house but the 7th bedroom is a media room with a sectional couch that we could not appear to be a sleeper couch. There is also a media room upstairs along with game tables so I would have preferred the extra bedroom with our group and not 2 media rooms. The upstairs media has a bathroom off it but that couch was not comfortable to sleep on. We had a family member try all the couches. Overall a great house and Cuvee did a great job making sure our trip was enjoyable.

The home was almost exactly as advertised. Listing notes 7 bedrooms, including 4 king beds, when in actuality there are 6 bedrooms, three of which have king beds. This worked for our group, though, I imagine, could be a problem for others. Listing should be updated. Indoor living areas are spacious and comfortable and outdoor living had incredible views and a gorgeous sunset on our last night.
