Stairs free & ground floor, the flat and accessible layout of our home makes it perfect for families with children and seniors. Enjoy a beautiful sunset each evening from the comfort of the covered spacious lanai!

This is a one bedroom, one bath ground floor condo unit in the Kahana Reef complex, about 628 sqft.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Our Hawaiian climate is home to bugs and pests. Although we are diligent with pest control, there is a possibility you might still encounter a bug or two, especially in ground floor units - all part of the island charm!
• Laundry facility is shared in the community but we provided laundry soap for your use.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests (2 for the King bed and 2 for the sofa sleeper). We cannot accommodate more than 4 guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
