Our condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV. The fridge ice maker sometimes does not work, but ice trays are provided. The unit comfortably sleeps four but can accommodate up to five guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin bed trundle. Two ensuite bathrooms are available for your convenience. Don't worry about packing too much; there's a coin-operated laundry room on-site.
The county Waipuilani Park, located between the condos and the ocean, is a beautiful, open, grassy area with many activities to enjoy, including public tennis courts, pickleball courts, and volleyball. Take a dip in the pool or try your hand at putting on the green. Enjoy games like bocce ball, cornhole, or yoga on the oceanfront lawn. The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed within 24 hours upon booking. We do not typically allow early or late check-ins, if requested and approved 3 days before arrival or departure, we do charge $40/hr. Our standard check-out time is 11AM and check-in time is 4 PM. In the event that the guest did not arrange a late checkout and they did not depart the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee. 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000.
Also please note that we do not allow any Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays such as (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving).

We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as 2 toilet paper rolls/ bathroom (1) Paper Towel Roll, (3) Laundry Pods, (3) Dishwasher pods, (1) Sponge, (5) Trash Bags, Shampoo/Cond/Body wash, Dish Soap (Dawn) and Coffee/Coffee Creamer. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
