Kahana Reef 318 is a 3rd floor direct, ocean front condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Although this unit does not have a/c, you'll stay cool with ceiling fans and the magical Maui breeze. Kahana Reef has an elevator for your convenience and is just steps from the water, which offers a quiet, serene, and authentic Maui experience.
Unit 318 is tastefully decorated with luxurious décor and furnishing. Pride of ownership is evident from the minute you walk through the doors! The unit opens westerly towards the blue Pacific, so you have a premier seat for a different sunset every night! All day long you will appreciate dramatic views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and full size appliances. The owners love to buy fresh fish at the market down the road and grill on the resort's Jenn-Air gas BBQ grill, place it on a bed of fresh, local greens, and enjoy dining at sunset on the private lanai (Hawaiian for balcony).
The master bedroom features a King size bed. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom is bright and spacious and features a large walk in shower. This home comes equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, and free Wi-Fi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
Kahana Reef is an ocean front resort located in West Maui, approximately 10 minutes north of Lahaina, and near many top beaches and attractions. We have a small sandy beach adjacent to the property, which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You are guaranteed to see turtles swim by! Several of the top beaches on Maui, including the action of Kaanapali, the family friendly Napili, or the seclusion of Kapalua, are within minutes by car. This low-rise, low density resort (only 88 units, about half of which are owner occupied) offers an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and bars, including Maui Brewing Co. and Miso Phat Sushi.
Resort offers an onsite coin-operated laundry facility and there are no resort or parking fees.

The location is great and the view from balcony is amazing! However beddings and towels are not very clean, otherwise it's a perfect 5 star.

Very impressed upon our arrival with the amazing ocean view and all of the amenities in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans and even sharp knives. The living room was comfortable with a large screen TV and the lanai was great too. Laundry facilities were clean and well maintained as were the entire grounds including the small pool.
My Perfect Stays was very professional with excellent communication and we would definitely book with them again.
