Hobron Lane area is nestled on the West side of Waikiki which not only puts you within walking distance of Waikiki Nightlife but also allows you to comfortably walk to Ala Moana Beach Park and Mall. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is also nearby, 4 to 5 min walk.
There is a paid parking garage adjacent and connected to the building for $28/day. In addition, you are within walking distance of mall, shopping, dining, beach park and Waikiki nightlife. Buses, Uber, Lyft and Biki (rental bikes) are also in abundance.
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect the condo at every check out and again before guest arrival. Every item, artwork utensils etc. in the unit has been photographed.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. Please note:
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense.
2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense.
3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains.
4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds.
5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets...
