5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home with Den and Huge Kitchen on a Private Acre Lot
**PARADISE FOUND!!** If you are looking for a fun, private home with ultra plush comforts and well appointed modern beach decor for your North Shore vacation, this is your spot. The main house is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an upper/lower set up and a cozy den/game/ tv area making this a perfect place for a family or small mellow group. There is a separate cottage with a king bed and wet bar with a half bath and outside shower for the 5th bedroom.
There is a large, covered, wrap around lanai on the main house that is a great place to catch the breeze and enjoy the lush garden views.
The best part about this home is the privacy, and once you enter the gate, you feel like you are in your own little paradise AND it is just a short walk ACROSS THE STREET to the beach at Rocky Point, where the most pristine beaches on the North Shore stretch for miles.
Please note that this is NOT a party house. This is a very well maintained family oriented home and we do not allow any type of party or gatherings.
Set up:
Upper level: The upper level, including master bedroom, kitchen, and living area have AC! Master Bedroom has a king bed and en-suite full bath. HUGE kitchen is great for preparing meals and gathering with a large dining table and living area with open concept and high beamed ceilings. There is a lovely half bath near the kitchen.
The lower level of the main house has three bedrooms with their own distinct decor and queen beds. These bedrooms share a big bathroom with a walk in shower and extra large sink. The den/ game room is also located on the lower level and has a large screen TV, comfy sofa, some games, etc.
The 5th bedroom is a separate cottage with a king bed, wet bar, half bathroom, and extra hot/cold outdoor shower.
Please note that lower level of main home + separate cottage do NOT have AC and are cooled by ceiling fans. Also please note we do NOT have a hot tub. This appears on some peoples search and is an issue we are trying to address. Thank you for understanding.
Washer/ dryer, WI-FI, TV, and DVD are also included.

It was a great place to stay! It was quiet and secluded, but still really close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It was very clean and there were plenty of beach towels and regular towels for all 10 of us! We had a great experience here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful home, spacious, clean, nice size property. My only complaint is that prior to booking the property the location description was misleading. It described the property as being beachfront. Turns out the property was ACROSS the street from the beach. After our arrival I looked up the property description again and it was updated describing the property as a “5 min walk to the beach”. Misleading and inaccurate location information but other than that our stay was comfortable.

We really enjoyed the house. It was large enough for the whole family and the location was great. Access and parking was easy. We love the North Shore and were happy to find a house to stay in. Will look to stay here again in the future.

This was place was amazing! Beach access is across the road a few steps. I always wonder if the shore line is rocky but this house was across from nice sandy beaches and big waves. The house and casita we very nice, clean, cooking supplies were all upgrades, no cheap pans yay! We cooked breakfast and one meal a day there and ate out a meal/day. Beds were all comfortable. A/C upstairs keeps everything cool and humidity out. Our crew had a great time!

Sophia the manager was wonderful, quick to respond to our inquiries. Wonderful location, walk across the street to the beach. Also, very close to the grocery store and awesome food trucks. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay.

This property has a fantastic location. Walk to the beach across the street. Go to Freds for breakfast. Have coffee on the balcony. Very secure and secluded from the public. I’m coming back. We took our 4 adult kids and spouses and everyone had an excellent time

The only real problem was the spool whirlpool wasn’t at the property as advertised. We contacted the owner and she gave a screenshot of not having it listed on her side. We gave back a screenshot of it listed.
She raised a ticket, but it is ridiculous that the listing showed a spa whirlpool and owner didn’t have the box checked and it wasn’t there in the house.
Not sure what you can do to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else and or give a voucher for next stay or whatever.

Plenty of room for the kids to play, walking distance to sunset beach. Needs more outdoor seating but other then that perfect!!
