Welcome to Ka'ulu Villa 133A — a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-story villa in the extraordinary Hualalai Resort with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, Haleakala volcano on Maui, and the stunning Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. Ka'ulu Villa 133A is centrally located within Hualalai and we provide you with two 4-person golf carts for easy access across the entire resort.

You will have plenty of space with nearly 2,600 square feet of living space including a living room on both the lower and upper levels. Enjoy watching movies or the big game on the big screen TVs in both living rooms. The meticulously maintained villa offers a gourmet and fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with ample space to enjoy the meal al fresco on the lanai or in the spacious dining room.
The lavish primary suite is on the ground floor featuring a king bed with sliding door access to a private lanai and a spa-like bathroom with a tranquil outdoor garden shower. The setting is truly magical!
The two additional bedrooms -- one on the lower level and another on the upper level -- each provide king beds. Each bedroom is also equipped with the latest flat-screen smart TVs. You are welcome to stream your favorite content or connect your mobile device to the TVs.
Full complimentary access to the Waiulu Amenity Center is included with your rental! The Waiulu Amenity Center has a beautiful pool, hot tub, and BBQs for you to enjoy during your stay! It's a perfect option for arrival/departure days when you may not want to opt-in to the Four Seasons daily resort fee.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo off one of the fairways at the Four Seasons Hualalai golf courses. You can also see the ocean off the lanai. Beautiful home, beautifully decorated. Has everything you need. Great to have two golf carts as well. A wonderful place and an excellent stay. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Can't wait to come back to this property. Everything - from check-in to amenities (including a much appreciated well-stocked pantry) - was perfect. As an added cherry on top, I had the best sleep in years in the downstairs primary bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you again soon!

Our family had a wonderful retreat at the Hualalai Resort. The villa is situated next to a golf course with exquisite lava, manicured landscape and ocean views. Every morning, I woke up to the songs of the tropical birds and colorful sky. A stretch on the patio followed by Kona coffee (compliment of the house) starts a perfect day in the paradise.
After sightseeing, we often worked out at the resident's pool or took a stroll at the beach. The golf carts were super convenient for going to the pool, beach and the resort restaurants. The house provided beach chairs, umbrellas and even igloos.
The pantry was well stocked to make cooking a breeze. Alfresco on the front patio with ocean view at sunset or on the back patio with the magnificent view of Hualalai mountain, either way it was unforgettable.
The villa was an oversized end unit. It was super quiet to ensure good sleep.
The villa was super clean and chilled when we arrived. The concierge was standing by day and night to answer our questions.

It was beautiful and well stocked, check in process was so easy and the manager was extremely helpful to them with the TVs. The units beds are super comfortable, everything worked great, views from the lanais were amazing. We loved the floor plan also. Thanks for a great week!
