Welcome to beautiful Koa Kai 15! This upgraded 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is fresh, bright, clean and inviting. This condo has been recently remodeled and is the perfect place to spend your Maui getaway! The large lanai offers additional space to relax and soak in the gorgeous ocean view and cool Maui breeze.

The layout offers two bedrooms on the first floor level, located on opposite ends of the unit, providing separation of space and privacy. The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with two single beds. There is also a queen pullout sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a hallway bathroom with a large bathtub for relaxation, and a primary bathroom located in the primary suite.

The living room and kitchen space have an open floor plan with couch, chairs, and barstool seating, with a large dining table located on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you might need to prepare your own home-cooked meals.

There are both Split System AC handlers and Window AC units in the condo for your comfort. However, in the cooler months, it is always an option to open up the lanai doors and let the Hawaiian trade winds in!

The condo comes with a parking stall and additional guest parking available, free high speed WIFI, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo is also stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler for use during your stay.

Koa Kai is a smaller boutique complex located just up the street within walking distance from Charley Young Beach and Cove Beach Park in South Kihei. The complex features lush landscaping with tropical flowers and birds and beautiful pool. There is a barbeque located in the pool area courtyard for guest use. Just a short walk away from the complex you can find shopping and a variety of restaurants. Within 10 minutes drive you also have access to world class shopping, dining and golf in the South Maui resort area of "Wailea".

Cancellation Policies and Options:

Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.

For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:

Cancellations - 30 Days or More before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee + Tax

Cancellations - 29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice. There are NO Refunds for Early Departure....
