A large coral sectional is perfectly set to take advantage of both the tropical views through expansive glass doors and the flatscreen TV. Open the glass doors to the lanai to extend the living space and bring the outside in, or simply enjoy the comfort of the central A/C and ceiling fans.
Kitchen & Dining
In the same open space as the living room, the gourmet kitchen features beautiful plantation-style cabinetry, expansive granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are plenty of seating options when it’s time to dine, including four stools at the enormous kitchen island, indoor formal dining for six, and al fresco dining for six.
Bedrooms & Baths
When you’re ready to rest and recharge, three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms await. Each is designed with plantation-style Tommy Bahama furnishings and has its own bathroom with travertine tile. Two primary suites offer King beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a King upon request and a hall bathroom just next door. The luxurious primary bedroom also features a large flatscreen TV, a private lanai, and a soaking tub in the ensuite for the ultimate luxury. This villa also has a super-capacity washer and dryer to make beach living easier than ever.

Stroll through manicured tropical gardens to reach the beautiful pool area and waterfall hot tub. Work up a sweat in the fitness center or on the tennis courts. Then wander down the path to the beach to discover sea turtles and play in a natural wading pool enclosed by lava rock.
