The sliding glass doors open to merge the indoor and outdoor spaces and provide access to the expansive covered lanai, which features a large dining table, eight chairs, and a casual seating area for reading, relaxation, and great conversation. Enjoy the gas BBQ to prepare for the day's fresh catch or other island specialties. The free-form pool and waterfall spa offer a bright spot of blue in a sea of lush green grass and tropical trees and flowers.
Cooking meals here will be a treat in the fully equipped chef's kitchen with Wolfe 6-burner gas range, sub zero refrigeration and luxurious cabinetry. We've stocked the drawers and cupboards with all the comforts of home. You can take advantage of local fare available a the nearby grocer or farmers market creating meals to satisfy long, relaxing pool days or ocean adventures alike.
If dining out is your preference, there are countless options in the area. Be it a casual happy hour break at Tommy Bahama's, a quick lunch at Napua at the Mauna Lani Beach Club or fine dining in the nearby Auberge or Fairmont restaurants.
Restful sleeps are guaranteed in each of the four bedrooms in this custom home, three with their own ensuites. There are two bedrooms on opposite corners of the home, one is a very well-appointed primary suite with his/her sinks, free standing soaker tub and in and outdoor showers. Any stresses or sore muscles will disappear here. The second bedroom is private, spacious and has a large bathroom close by with a walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms are situated in the courtyard ohanas, each of them private with their own ensuites.
An optional 5th sleeping space awaits in the multipurpose room with addition of the retractable queen size Murphy bed tucked away beneath the media wall. TV, movies or office by day, bedroom by night. If you're extending your "work from home" requirements while visiting, we offer a desk, printer and Wi-Fi to give you the best of both worlds.
If you're headed to the beach, be sure to stop into the garage to gather all the accessories you might need; snorkel sets, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Take a leisurely bike ride with the bicycles provided.
Located in a unique spot within the Mauna Lani Resort. Close to the Mauna Lani North Golf Course, the Bay Hotel and the Shops at Mauna Lani. All guests have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club; there is a pass card at the home to get through the gate. The Beach Club provides a safe swimming bay, the Napua Restaurant, on-site lifeguards, cabanas, showers and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs are provided so you only need to pack beach towels! The Auberge Resort and Fairmont Orchid Hotel are also located within the resort. This is a special property. 100% we are coming back the next time we're on the Big Island. Not only because it is relatively new, with all new appliances, kitchenware, towels, furniture, ... but also because of the quality of the layout, the welcoming nature of the hosts/manager, and the location.
We used just about every aspect that the house had to offer, including the bikes (which we took around to the Fairmont, shopping areas, and the Mauna Lani), the beachware, and the private pool/hottub. This is what attracted us to this property. But what we didn't quite understand until we got there was just how close (and relatively private) the community gym and pool facility is. We also didn't quite appreciate ahead of time just how hectic the resorts would be during Spring Break -- we got to partake in what we wanted there and then retreat to our Oasis.
This is our first time renting a private home on the Big Island after 25 years of coming here. Hard to see how we'll ever go back to hotels after this wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Abita (Megan/Owner) and Homechex (Lissette/Manager) were both wonderful to work with and have curated a beautiful luxury home just a chipshot away from the beeches in front of, and adjacent to, the Mauna Lani resort.
Nohea #6 is an exceptionally designed luxury home that combines indoor and outdoor living. The interior is impeccably designed and is provisioned with high end appliances and an open concept with 2 bedrooms/2 baths (and a murphy bed in the entertainment/office room). The large back patio/pool deck leads to a detached guest house that is 2 beds/2 baths where our young adult daughters used for their living spaces. The layout of the property with the main house/garage/guest house + pool/hot tub/patio created an indoor/outdoor living space that we all loved.
We loved using the beech gear that they provide, in addition to having the bikes available to explore the immediate vicinity. The beech club access is always a plus, but we also rode the bikes to the Mauna Lani resort with our beech towels and explored via foot the tidal pools between the two resorts along the beech.
This house is immaculate and you'll find yourself having trouble wanting to leave for the day to explore the island!!!

The Mauna Lani area is the best on the big island. If you are looking for a property for a larger group this is perfect. The home is beautiful, and was perfect for the four couples. The location is good with a short walk to the beach, Mauna Lani resort, and shopping area with market and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.
