Sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns) Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this premium condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front row seating for whale watching!

Noelani 114 is a beautifully updated, spacious and tastefully decorated studio condo that offers all the luxuries and comforts of home. Dine al fresco on the expansive lanai or take your meal inside where the tropical finishes will keep you feeling at ease. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and a beautiful tile backsplash. You'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze and ceiling fans throughout, but this unit also has A/C which will feel fantastic after a long day in the sun.

The studio bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom is just steps away and is beautifully remodeled and features an oversized walk in shower. For your convenience, the sofa converts to a Queen size bed for additional guests. There is a shared laundry facility located in the Orchid Building on the ground level which is complimentary. A starter detergent kit is provided in the unit.

Noelani is located in a highly desirable area, between Kapalua and Kaanapali with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, and shops. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with two pools, a jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!

Since Noelani is a small resort, there is only 1 parking stall per condo allowed. There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this unit has no elevator access. We will provide a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are also provided.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
