In addition, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room will comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests in the condo. Freshly painted walls and cabinets make the home both bright and welcoming. The sunlit kitchen has granite countertops, tiled backsplash and a breakfast bar. You will find it is fully stocked with all the culinary items you will need to make a delicious meal. The high-speed WIFI and parking are complimentary, as well as beach gear including beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. Additionally, there are brand new smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. There is central AC providing a cool atmosphere and the linens are fresh and crisp! Furthermore, there is a new washer and dryer in the unit for use during your stay.
Wailea Ekahi sits on the world renowned Keawakapu Beach. This large stretch of white sand is made famous for its glorious sunsets, and also the friendly faces that frequent the area. Cancellation Policies and Options:
Travel Insurance – Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All of the major booking sites offer trip insurance that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program, please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.
For bookings without Travel Insurance, we have the below options:
Cancellations - 30 Days or More before check-in, Renters will receive a Full Refund, minus a $99.00 Administrative Fee
Cancellations 29 Days or Less before check-in, Renters will forfeit the total rental amount. The total rental includes all charges on the paid-in-full invoice.
There are NO Refunds for Early Departures....

The condo, grounds, pool and b each were all great. One downside of this condo is that you have to walk thru a couple of parking lots to get to the pool and beach. The downstairs unit could walk directly on the green space to get to those things.

We spent five days in this lovely condo and really enjoyed it. The unit is comfortable and beautifully updated. We had a few overcast/rainy days and the deck was the perfect spot for relaxing, reading and enjoying the view. The development has a number of pools and easy access to the beach. It would be nice to have a better map of the amenities (pools, weight room, etc.) because we wandered a bit our first morning trying to find access to the main pool and beach (and perhaps we missed that info?). Highly recommend this condo!

Very nice place with all new furnishings. Property came with everything we needed other than food. Sunset views from the back balcony made for wonderful evenings we inquired about our early check-in and the management company was very accommodating. I’ve stayed that many other units in the complex, and this was by far one of the nicest.

My husband and I loved staying at this condo.
There is beautiful light in the condo because of the cathedral ceilings and large windows that all have great views whether of tropical trees or the ocean looking toward Makena Beach, Molakini Island and the ocean with hues it reflects from sunrise to sunset. Out on the comfortable Lanai overlooking the hibiscus, flowers and stunning vines that frame for the view of the ocean there are comfortable chairs and a table for four.
The bedroom was wonderfully decorated with the bamboo photo of Hana National Park bringing out the lovely view of the window. Bathroom was spacious and a the large closest was great!
Living room/Dining area had comfortable furnishing and the kitchen even had another door to the Lanai.
We look forward to revisiting this condo and the beautiful grounds where we walked down to a gorgeous beach. Wish I was there right now!

Ekahi is a place we have returned to 4 times now. A perfect location with an amazing beach at your doorstep. We went snorkelling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, hiking, and long walks. The unit itself is very nicely furnished with a really lovely couch ( with sofa bed that gave a very good sleep), well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The manager is exceptional. Responsive to any queries and there for you from booking to departure.

Ekahi is a place we have returned to 4 times now. A perfect location with an amazing beach at your doorstep. We went snorkelling, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, hiking, and long walks. The location was amazing - could walk or drive to multiple beaches in the area. Condo had all the necessary things one could need, and was spacious with a great view and patio to enjoy am coffee and pm sunsets from. The property management company was exceptional to work with and responded after hours on a weekend to address a small issue. I would rent this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and is well maintained. Furniture is tasteful and comfortable.We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to enjoy the beautiful view. We really appreciated the easy access to the great beach. Property management did a great job with communications and was very responsive to questions. We would stay here again and will recommend it to friends.
