Watch honu (Hawaiian sea turtles) right in your backyard! North Shore/Windward Beachfront Condo w/ convenient access to attractions on the Northern side of Oahu! This fully furnished updated condo has full size bed & 2 twin couches in living room, 1 bath, washer/ dryer in the condo! There is a private lanai w/ a small peek a boo view of the beach but just steps to the ocean where you can swim, snorkel, fish & paddle board! There is a pool, gym, BBQ area, security & free parking!
The space
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! ******NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED! Yeah! This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! The pool has limited hours or may be closed right now, but the ocean is better to swim in anyways! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this.
If you are looking for "Luxury Accommodations" This is not it :) This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo & for the price it's a real value!
The owner is a body surfer and splits his time between Hawaii and So. California. This condo is his base of operations when he is on the islands. We put it on Airbnb when he is back on the Mainland & I manage it for him.
There is one full bed in the bedroom area which is considered a bedroom here in this building but more of a nook with no door separating it, so kinda like a studio but better! There are 2 twin sized couches in the living room for additional sleeping spaces.
For your conveniences, Complimentary Netflix, Disney Plus (Watch Doogie Kamealoha MD, filmed on locations right here on Oahu!), Hulu and HBO Max (with some of the latest Hollywood movie releases, in addition to Game of Thrones, the Harry Potter series, Friends and many other hit movies and TV shows) are included with the living room TV.
There is snorkeling gear, boogie boards, water shoes, wet suit and gloves available at the condo but use this equipment at your own risk. We are not liable for any equipment malfunction it resulting injuries or illness. Please rinse and clean them after use.
There is a cozy little lanai (balcony) with a small peek a boo ocean and beach view but no direct view, but all you have to do is walk right out front to a beautiful white sandy beach where you can often spot sea turtles, stingrays and other marine animals, including humpback whales if you are lucky! It is also the perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. The ocean in front of this building is protected by reefs which make the waves gentler than the famously ferocious waves on the North Shore of the Island, especially in the winter. This makes it ideal for water activities like swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling and yes, body surfing. Please exercise caution when going into the water, as larger waves may still occur from time to time, especially in the winter.
While you are in the water looking back onshore you can't help but notice the majestic Kualoa Mountain Range looming over the condo complex, as you can tell from the photo gallery. Still please exercise caution when going into the water. Also please do not approach or otherwise disturb...
