Ocean Tower is located within the Hilton Waikoloa Village complex, which is owned by a subsidiary of Park Hotels & Resorts and managed by Hilton Management. Parking areas are not owned or operated by HGV. Self-parking is $48 per night and valet parking is $55 per day/night (fees subject to change).
The Ocean Tower Arrivals Center is approximately 1 mile from the parking lot. We recommend you check-in your luggage with the bellman in the main lobby upon arrival. Guests who choose to self-park should drive to the main entrance and check luggage with the valet before parking. Shuttle service is temporarily suspended.
Once you park your vehicle, you have three options to get to Ocean Tower:
1. A 10-minute walk from the Main Lobby via the Museum Walkway featuring 1,800 art pieces from around the Pacific.
2. Hop aboard a canal boat.
3. Take the air-conditioned resort tram (recommended if you are carrying large suitcases or multiple bags).
Check-in and Check-Out in the Ocean Tower Arrivals Center, directly across the tram exit.
• The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort. This will be paid by the renter directly to the resort. In addition, a deposit of $100 per day for incidentals is required by the resort at check-in.
