Within a 5 minutes' drive you can sit on the stunning swirling lava-made cliff to hear the amazing rhythm of the ocean, feel the cool ocean breeze from the middle of the Pacific and be the first person to see the beautiful sunrise on the island. The property is in a great location close to Volcano National Park(VNP), Black Sand Beach and Downtown Hilo, with easy access to shops, food and amenities. It is an ideal place if you are looking to get away from crowds and noisy tourist areas.
The room has been recently furnished with brand-new amenities: King-size bed with 14" Comfort Memory Foam Mattress, 3-seat super comfy Fabric Sofa, Large Kitchen with all the appliances and cooking wares, 75" smart TV in the living room and 50" smart TV in the bedroom, Large breakfast countertop, 300M Fiber high-speed Wifi, metal framed full size sofa bed in the living room for an additional person to sleep and many more items.
There is a large, covered patio at the back of the house with brand new solid wood outdoor furniture set where you can relax after a busy day.
The street from the main road to the property is unpaved but is a very short distance. The water source is from a water catchment with triple filters and UV filtration system, it is safe to drink.
The property manager lives on-site and may be present while you stay. You are welcome to ask any questions that you may have.

Holly's 1-bedroom VRBO was exactly as described - beautiful and spacious with a lovely back patio, huge shower and large walk-in closet. Holly was a very gracious host - check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

Holly’s house is very clean, modern and spacious and well appointed. Holly was a very good host. We didn’t like the surrounding area much but if you need to be in Hilo or nearby, this is the place to stay.

This was a perfect accommodation for us. Very specious one bedroom condo with full kitchen and useful amenities. Very clean, nicely decorated with high quality mattress and bedding. Huge backyard with covered sitting area, ample parking. Good neighborhood, close to stores and downtown. Our host Holly was exceptionally good. Very attentive and quick to response. Easy to interact and connect. We would definitely come back and stay with Holly for longer duration. Highly recommend for future visitors to Hilo. Thank you!

Holly was a good communicator and greeted us warmly when we arrived. Holly's suite was indeed luxurious and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with great shower and shower heads. The kitchen was also fully equiped and allowed us to easily cook and prepare meals. For relaxing, we also appreciated the lanai, as well as the large cable TVs. Thank you Holly!

We had an amazing time and our home away from home was wonderful. It had everything we needed and Holly was always there if we needed anything or if we had any questions about the area. Our host was friendly, wonderful, very accommodating, and fast with correspondence. Inside the property felt very comfortable and had a nice modern appeal. During the stay I was able to balance working in the early morning and then enjoy the rest of the day around the island.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holly's place. It was just the right size for us with one bedroom and a nice sized kitchen. It's also conveniently located in the middle of east Hawaii. On top of that Holly was a terrific host. She gave us clear instructions and helped us out when we needed it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.
