The building also has an outdoor pool, workout room, and a BBQ area(shared)!
The pool is only available during these hours:
Monday to Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Weekend 10:00am - 8:00pm
The BBQ grill can be used from 9am-9pm (first come first serve)
NOTE: There's ongoing(as of May 2022) building construction that may cause noise during your stay- this includes generators, jack hamming, etc. The work should only be during working hours but the generator may run 24 hours for 3 weeks. **Also, there might be "sewer smell" because they are also working on sewer pipes**
The elevators on floors 2 & 3 may NOT be accessible DURING WORKING HOURS 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday-Friday). The elevator will be accessible only after working hours and on weekends. You will need to use the stairwells during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that has below 4 stars reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
**You may experience a slow in drainage due to building construction**
Parking: You can park anywhere labeled BHL
. We will provide 1 parking pass in the unit.
Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.
**For package deliveries, we can not receive mail- we recommend using an amazon locker**
No dogs allowed. But service/support dog with a license from a licensed physician only.
The license needs to be current and date stamped within the last 6 months.
Paperwork will be allowed.
Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets there will be a FINE of $200.
Note: Copy of service dog license/paperwork must be sent to us before arrival and please bring them with you during your reservation.
