THE SPACE:
By booking with us as opposed to booking directly with the resort you will enjoy a steeply discounted rate at this 4 star luxury resort.
Daily housekeeping is not provided since we are private unit. In addition to the essentials such as shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, we provide bath towels, beach towels, and extra linens. Enjoy a starter supply of coffee for the Keurig. A mid-size refrigerator, plates, dishes, and mugs are also provided. To enhance your island adventures, a day cooler with freezer packs, a sand mat, two beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella can be found in the closet! Cooking is not allowed in the unit but there is a microwave at the resort that is available for guest use.
Stays longer than 7 nights will receive a complimentary mid-stay clean. If your stay is less than 7 nights you may arrange for a cleaning for a $75.
You'll have access to all Kauai Beach Resort's amenities, including 4 pools, a water slide, multiple Jacuzzis, and a grotto! There is a Kid friendly pool featuring a sandy beach-like entrance and gradual play area. Enjoy a panoramic sunrise view from the beach just seconds from your door. We had a wonderful stay at our first time in Kauai for my 40th birthday trip. The resort grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a slide (adults can slide also lol) A tiki bar with food, drinks and dessert. The Resort had a restaurant, a starbucks and a gift shop. The parking lot was a bit of a walk from the actual resort but they did offer Valet parking. The room was clean (with a/c). It had everything we needed. forks, plates, cups etc. A coffee maker and they had coffee and even provided us shampoo (which by the way was amazing for my hair, I took a photo and I'm ordering me a bottle lol) They provided 2 beach chairs, a wagon, some pool noodles a boogie board (which was broken) some flippers and an ice chest. So if you need goggles you will need to bring or purchase your own.The unit is on the 1st floor so we had a little patio with chairs overlooking the pool area. Beds were comfy! Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our trip.

Loved the location being so close to the airport as well as two of our main activities, our helicopter ride and our mountain tubing. The property was beautiful and didn’t seem crowded at all. Beautiful pools!

This unit was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean and fully stocked with everything we could need for the week. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning- how can you beat the sound of the ocean?! The location is perfect- close to the pools and beach. It’s a nice and quiet property, but very family friendly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Chose this location for convenience of location to airport. Resort is lovely, great pools, nice beach just steps away with beautiful sunrises. Room was great, clean and comfortable and had all the features advertised and owners were responsive. Note, you likely will need a car if you want to explore and this location is a bit out of town. Resort parking prices are a little expensive.

Unit was decorated very nicely, was clean and supplied with everything we needed for the week. It had a gorgeous view and was steps from the beach. Owners were great to work with and responded to my questions right away. My only complaint was the mattress. It was a bit flat and you could feel the springs. A foam topper would solve that problem.

We arrived in Kauai at 3am (our time) so getting a place close to the airport was key for us. This resort is well laid out, nice and close to the beach and the pool/hot tubs were just steps away from the updated room, which is VERY well appointed and the beds super comfortable. This place surpassed our (always) lofty expectations.
