Our town of Princeville is on Kauai's North Shore, and has all the tropical vibes you are looking for in walking distance . Our home offers ease of coming and going, no stairs to climb with your luggage, and easy parking in the garage or out. Great for couples, families, friends, and multi generational groups, travel lovers, surf buddies, life celebrations, golf enthusiast, nature lovers, it is perfect for everyone. We will make you feel right at home. We are super easy going and handle our bookings personally.
Each bedroom is a private sanctuary, with its own bathroom and a personal lanai that beckons you to bask in the sun or just tuck in and read a book or stargaze. All beds and linens are brand new, and high quality, so no "tropical mildew" scented pillows. All furnishings are brand new and thoughtfully chosen for your comfort and with fun design. We love to make it cozy. Recently we remodeled every inch for comfort and quality. Including fully insulating the entire house, keeping it cool with all the tropical breezes. Every room also has remote controlled Kick Ass Fans which are the best you can buy and most quiet for sleeping. No squeaking old fans driving you crazy.
The kitchen is a masterpiece of culinary joy, featuring brand new appliances, a oversized central island and eating bar for communal cooking and fun get togethers, double ovens, a Sub Zero refrigerator, filtered water, and an ice maker. It's fully stocked with pristine new kitchenware, and kids service , ensuring that every meal is a delight. I even left some spices in the cabinet. And of course a Barbecue. We love to cook so this is the hub.
You can enjoy the luxury of a Fine Hotel, for a fraction of the price of a single hotel suite nearby you can have three private rooms and lanais, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. Fine linens, views, privacy and plenty left in the budget for adventures around the island. Every room has its own smart tv and a lava lamp for fun. What could be better. Oh and we are clean freaks, so know it will be spotlessly clean.
Our living room is a haven of comfort, thoughtfully designed for family and friends to gather and play games. I have a big closet full of games. A large screen tv for entertainment and plenty of seating. A cozy lounge room can effortlessly transform into extra sleeping quarters when needed. The lounge area is complemented by a stylish bar and beverage refrigerator, inviting you to unwind and relax.
Step into our outdoor spaces, crafted to offer both secluded retreats and communal gathering spots. Chill out in the backyard and enjoy the local wildlife. Daily visits from the Nene (ducks) and our local rooster and his chick brood. The private covered atrium serves as the heart of our home, a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. One of the suites boasts its own private entrance off this inviting atrium. True indoor out door living.

A modern stay with lots of family friendly amenities and activities to keep you busy. Great location with lots of yard space. Very well stocked kitchen with spices and cooking utensils. Amazing showers!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Property has lovely view out the back of a seldom used disc golf course. House was spacious and well appointed. We cooked most of our meals there. Property is well located to both Princeville and Hanalei. Highly recommended.

Ema's Hale is a very nice and exceptionally well appointed stay.
There are two main bedrooms that are next to each other with separate large bathrooms, and a third bed that is more secluded on the garage side of the home. There is a large communal living area that connects to the kitchen (which has is own bathroom).
We had a wonderful time over our two days at Ema's and wished we had booked a few more days before heading south.
Ema provides beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, umbrella, and bikes to her guests. We were very happy with the space and opportunities afforded in Princeville and beyond. Black Pot beach is đź‘Ś.
Also, awesome disc golf course right out the back yard! We booked a tee time the morning of departure and it was very enjoyable even with feb down pours.

This house was great for our family. It is in a great location and has an amazing backyard. My family especially enjoyed the bocce ball and fishing pond in the evening. We were able to quickly settle in and the furnishings and amenities in the house made us feel like we were home! Definitely would book this home again!

If you think this property looks good in photos, you will not believe how good it looks in person. It truly ticks all of the boxes. Excellent location, close to everything. The home lacks nothing. If you have small children, the hosts have everything you need. Like cooking? You'll enjoy the gourmet kitchen. The beds are all extremely comfortable, and the common areas (inside and out) are spacious and accommodating. We only used a fraction of the home's amenities, but were pleased to see bikes in the garage, along with plenty of beach supplies! Our host was quick to reply to any and all messages. We can truly not think of a single thing that was missing, and no, we are not friends or relatives of the hosts! We will be recommending this location to all of our friends and family, and hope to return soon.

This property is pristine! Ideally located, close to everything but you will feel like you are in your own little world because it backs up to a seldom used disc golf course. The house is set up perfect for families or groups of couples. Furnished and decorated exquisitely; it has a homey feel with luxury details. I would stay there again and again.

We searched and couldn’t have found a better place. We can’t wait to come back. I've been visiting Kauai for 30+ years and this is one of the best places we've stayed.
We had such an easy time booking this lovely house. The communication from owners was so fast. My wife and I loved everything about it.
The beds were really comfortable, It was very clean and it was in a quiet location on a cut de sac, the best part is the open space and quick access to walking paths, and the views.
The parking was easy, and the amenities were top quality! It was so much better than a hotel. If you’re looking for a truly wonderful experience to
