Hapuna Estates and Amaui Villa's are new communities to the Kohala Coast. Blue Serenity is located in a private courtyard as you first enter the community with 4 other homes, all of which are completed.
With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, our spacious Blue Serenity is ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Step inside and discover a world of refined elegance and thoughtful design, ensuring that every moment of your stay is filled with serenity and bliss. As you enter, you'll be captivated by the stunning views of the Kohala Coast and the the Pacific Ocean. Wake up to the gentle sound of chirping birds as you enjoy your coffee on the covered lanai. Take in the sunset over the ocean and take in the stunning glow across the Kohala mountains as the sun sets. Our vacation rental boasts a private pool and spa, large outdoor kitchen inviting you to unwind and indulge in pure serenity. Dive into crystal-clear waters, bask in the warm Hawaiian sun, or simply relax with a tropical drink in hand.
Blue Serenity now provides free use of 2 eBikes and 2 hybrid bikes. These are great for exploring the resort or taking down to the hotels or beaches.
Blue Serenity also has two sets of Calloway golf clubs (mens and womens right) to save money on renting clubs. The snorkel and beach gear is also great for exploring many of the Big Islands gems.

Primary Suite 1: King Size Bed, massive private suite including soaker tub, in door and outdoor showers
Secondary Suite 2: King Size bed, private suite with bathroom and shower
Suite 3: Flexible configuration of 2 x TwinXL or combined them as a King, PLUS a single twin over double bunkbed. Makes a great room for a kids hangout or can be converted into a 3rd master bedroom with a King bed. Private suite including bathroom and tub / shower combination
Living Room: King sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic mattress
Detached Ohana Studio Suite
King size bed, kitchenette, and queen size sleeper sofa create a private retreat steps away from the main house
For larger families there are two 4BR homes directly across the street called "Mauna Kea Beach Escape" and "Blue Tranquility" that are also available.
Outside the front door you'll find a short path to the Community Garden located 30 feet from the front door. Discover a cornucopia of flavors as you wander among citrus trees, banana trees, and a variety of herbs and vegetables. As our esteemed guest, you're welcome to pick fresh produce and add a touch of garden-fresh goodness to your culinary creations.

Our son graduated from college and wanted to go to Hawaii to celebrate. This house was perfect for all of us! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together as well as quiet moments alone. The house is so well appointed and in such a beautiful location (with many amenities and fun activities close by)! We will definitely be back!!

I could type an absolute novel about all of the positives about this property. Seriously it’s that good.
Our group of three couples (mid 30’s) spent 6 nights at Blue Serenity.
The photos on the VRBO listing are 100% accurate and if anything the views are even better in real life. To the west you can see the ocean prominently in the distance and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the patio. To the north out the front door is a beautiful view of the mountains. Every morning we couldn’t believe how beautiful everything was. 360 degrees around the house!
What we REALLY loved is how quiet and secluded this was yet very easily accessible to main road, Mauna Kea resort, etc. I think this property is great for people who want to do a variety of activities throughout the island but want a sanctuary to return to at the end of the day.
Alternatively this property is also great for people who also want to stay and relax. The community pool complex is awesome! The water slide is super fun. The exercise room is top notch. And at least for now, is very sparsely visited. We had all of those amenities to ourselves!
The individual amenities are top notch. The appliances, the furniture, tvs, sink, shower, on and on. We used the pizza oven which was a lot of fun! Didn’t need to purchase a single thing to run it other than the pizza.
Check in was a breeze. Communication top notch. Literally nothing more we could ask for. They even accommodated late check out. We will return to Blue Serenity!

The photos do not do this home justice. This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. We loved the large modern home and the great private yard with firepit, outdoor kitchen, hammock and our own pool.
The large lap pool and waterslide were next door which the kids loved. There is a community garden where you can pick your own limes and bananas. We enjoyed using the hotel facilities at the Mauna Kea Beach hotel each day. They also have great golf courses and oceanfront tennis. The owners thought of everything in this home for families and were really friendly and enthusiastic. We almost didn't want to write a review so we can make sure it is still available for our next trip since its bound to be a very popular home.
