Fully remodeled in October 2023, this custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcomes you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This second-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors.
Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.
After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.
A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

My family and I had a great experience here - thanks Joe! If you want a peaceful and private beach - then this is the place you want to stay. The condo is clean, neat and well stocked. You don’t need to bring anything. Beach was great, seen several turtles, and perfect for swimming!

This property is everything the description says and then some. Beautiful furnishings. Beautiful views. And ideal location. Waking up to the sound of the ocean. Walking to great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. We didn't rent a car and one was not needed. The unit is super quiet. We met several wonderful other folks staying at the development. Enjoying an evening cocktail while sitting on the balcony. This place is truly amazing. We will be back. Thank you Joe for providing such an amazing experience!!!

My wife and i had the most wonderful stay! -From the morning ocean views while sipping coffee to the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a cocktail from the varanda, we couldnt ask for more.
Listening to the waves breaking and the local birds singing its just amazing.
This was a gem find and hope many will enjoy as much as we did, one of the most memorable vacations we've had, we will remember forever.

Joe had everything we needed in his Vrbo for us to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. From the cleanliness, being well-equipped, to the beautiful view right on the beach. We loved the brand new kitchen & utensils provided. Kihei was the perfect location being walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great: very clean, updated, beautiful view, uncluttered, kitchen is well-outfitted and stocked, bed comfortable!!! Only improvements might be a footstool in living room and additional luggage rack in bedroom and/or dresser (we sometimes like to unpack everything into drawers for longer stays.)
Joe was great, very responsive and arranged for us to check-in early due to prior party checking out early.

Joe's condo was perfect for our stay! The condo is immaculate and was recently renovated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The beach, the pool, grass area was perfect for our time in Maui. There are roughly 30ish food trucks within 1.5 miles of the place, a few supermarkets, etc.
We can't wait to go back!
