Every room on the North side of the home opens onto the lanai and pool, perfect for starting your day with serene views and a swim in the pristine, heated infinity pool!
This home includes top of the line amenities, a gourmet kitchen, a luxurious outdoor kitchen and two golf carts to enjoy the vast resort and beautiful roads (one six-seater and one four-seater), for you to use at your leisure.
Each of the 4 guest suites are equipped with individual climate control, automatic shades, and luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. Each of the 4 bedrooms also has an ensuite bathroom, with a bonus guest bed in Bedroom 4 and additional powder room in the hall. The home comfortably sleeps 8:

As a guest staying at Pohinahina Place, guests have the option to pay additional resort fees for full access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort, which include the resort restaurants, golf course, spa, beach and pool services, kids club, ocean activity center and more. Guests who pay resort fees will also have access to use of the resort Concierge, who can assist with making reservations and recommendations for the Four Seasons Amenities. Daily Guest Resort fees are:
Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$100 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$200 (Ages 14+). All residential rental guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt-in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly with the resort for the fees during your desired travel dates.
*A damage deposit of $5,000 will be held on the card used to book for a period of 7 days after checkout, this hold will commence 2 days before your checkout. This deposit will be returned in full 7 days after checkout, should there be no damage to the home.
* We have a smoking-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the common areas. If smoking occurs during your stay, a fine will be imposed.
