I spent about a month at the property and location is excellent near the pool with views out to the golf course. Nice updated appliances including large washer and dryer. Easy access to the greater Waikoloa beach area. Overall a very nice place to visit.

Spent a week here with a buddy exploring the Bug Island. Suite 201 was perfect. Great location to start and end our days. Wonderful property. Would highly recommend this place to others! Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay at Waikoloa Colony Villas. This unit is tucked away in a nice corner of the complex, yet very close to one of the pools; also to the BBQ grills located at the pool. The unit is very clean, communication along with check in was easy. Also appreciated that the managers didn't leave a long list of check-out "duties". Hate that when also paying a cleaning fee. The listing is very accurate, with only one small comment; renters may not use the garage. This is not part of the listing, but some units in this complex do allow garage use, so useful to know. Instead, there is a dedicated parking spot as close to the unit as possible; really only a few extra steps. Clean, easy, nice, convenient location and exactly as described. They even left some welcome macadamia nuts! That's 5 star in my book.

Very nice and well equipped. As a former condo owner I would sure that the shower in the master bath drips, even when tightly turned off and the toilet (also in the master bath) will intermittently flush, so might need a new seal.
