Private North Shore Guesthouse on Gated Acre | Walk to Beach + Surf

Relax at this tranquil North Shore Oʻahu getaway, located on a gated, private estate of approximately one full acre. This stand-alone container-style guesthouse offers rare privacy, lush tropical surroundings, and easy access to world-class beaches and surf.

The guesthouse is fully insulated and cooled with two split A/C units and features a comfortable queen bed, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and modern amenities throughout. Off-street parking is available directly next to your unit inside the gated property.

Surrounded by avocado, mango, and lemon trees (free for picking when in season), the space includes a private outdoor dining area, gazebo, hammock, and peaceful mountain views.

The beach is a 10-minute walk away along a quiet residential street, ideal for surfing, snorkeling, shell collecting, and sunset walks. All beach gear is provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel sets, beach towels, and a beach wagon for easy transport.

Four nearby surf breaks are just minutes away: Fuji’s, Rodgers, Glass Doors, and Silva’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, air fryer oven, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, pots, and pans. Supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry detergent are provided for the entire stay.

Guests also have access to a large outdoor shed with a full-size washer and dryer, luggage storage, and additional beach equipment.

Location highlights:

• 10-minute drive to Haleʻiwa town for restaurants and shopping

• 15–20 minutes to Pipeline, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and other famous North Shore beaches

• Approximately 35 minutes to Honolulu International Airport

• Approximately 45 minutes to Waikīkī

This is a quiet residential beach neighborhood with no nearby hotels. Families live in the area, and you may hear children playing in the afternoons or on weekends. The guesthouse is completely private and separate from the owner’s home. We live on the property but on a large estate (5 acres), so you will have privacy with easy access to assistance if needed.

There is one additional rental on the property; guests are asked to respect shared privacy by remaining within their designated space.

You are on vacation—there are no pesky checkout chores to do here.
