All was very acceptable. We had trouble accessing the pool with the code listed in the book. The downstairs sink had a peculiar smell.
The unit was large, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed plus more, and had an amazing patio and view of the land and ocean.

I loved this condo. It had all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, beautiful and newly remodeled with gorgeous views. Perfect location in Kapalua. We will definitely be back.
We had our 3 year old sleeping on the sofa which had a very strong, disgusting odor. She ended up sleeping with us in the loft along with a 9 month old. We couldn't find information on the property and went to the beach without chairs until we were told they were in a shed on the patio.

We really enjoyed this condo at Kapalua! The place is nicely furnished and very clean, with plenty of supplies and a full kitchen. Nice to have the AC, but we often only needed the ceiling fans. The location is not far from the Kapalua restaurants/shops and golf course. While it is not right on the water, there is a partial ocean view from the condo across the golf course and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and even saw whales spouting (this was in Feb). Bring your binoculars! It is walkable - 10-15 minutes - to the beach, but we chose to drive and park rather than walk with all the gear. Over all this is a great find for a quiet stay in a beautiful area!Note that the bedroom and laundry are upstairs in an open concept area, so not ideal for someone with mobility issues.
This rental was exactly as expected. My daughter and I had fantastic time. Great location and very close walk to the pool. I have 4 stars for the check in process because I hadn’t received the email with the keyless entry. A quick call and I got what I needed. I would love to stay at this home again in the future.

We stayed at this townhouse for 2 weeks over spring break & Easter. Clean, quiet townhouse. Short walk to the pool there are 4. Kitchen has all cooking utensils needed. No condiments only salt & pepper. Full size clean washer/dryer. Steps from the golf course to take a stroll at night. Good size covered parking spot. A problem with the screen door, property manager responded quickly. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.
