Unit was exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and decorated vnice. Excellent view of the ocean as well as beautiful landscaping throughout the entire extended property. Outstanding!
Nice stay. Photos are accurate representation. Kitchen well stocked. Yes, a lot of rules but probably why the place is in good shape. Didn't bother us and shouldn't bother responsible renters.
Perfect place for two couples and a very quiet and beautiful location. Walking distance to the beach and very close to Napili and Kapalua Bay. The view from the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean was amazing.
Clean, spacious, and in a quiet but more remote part of Maui. Theres a lot of rules for this condo but nothing ridiculous. Just a good condo for two parties that both want a big bedroom and their own bathroom.
All was good and we will comeback.
This place was absolutely perfect!! The whole community was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed! The hosts were super helpful and quick with communication. I would definitely recommend this place and this host to anyone!
Aloha, We sooo enjoyed our stay at Kapalua Golf Villas! From the moment we walked in, I could tell there was alot of Owner pride in this condo. The appliances appeared to be new, the unit was tastefully decorated and everything was spotless and well thought out. We had all we needed for our little getaway. (I must mention I am a Virtuoso Travel Advisor so I am a bit more critical than your average guest.) I must mention the oversized lanai with the wonderful ocean view, where we spent the majority of our time. There are several pools at the Kapalua Golf Villas, which we pretty much had to ourselves - they were very clean and well maintained. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer! I will definitely return!
The negative: very musty odor when opened front door which returned in lesser degree when gone for afternoon. Someone near us was smoking pot which permeated into balcony bedroom several times. We did not like that we could not lower temp below 72 as we all prefer lower temps at night. There were ants on counter and in cupboards. although it improved after we bought some traps . Positive: Great view. Well stocked with dishes,glasses,beach chairs , towels. Good Parking. Enjoyed the balcony.
This was my Birthday trip. We had a beautiful time. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Maui!
I recently enjoyed a family vacation to Maui. The property is located in one of my favorite parts of the Island. The Kapalua Golf Villas are a fantastic place to stay. This unit ranks about in the middle of my experiences staying in Kapalua for over 30 years. The unit is spacious, clean, and has great views. Fair warning is that the owner has a lock on the AC at 72 degrees. But the unit never actually even gets that cool. We asked to have someone take a look at it but unfortunately they didn’t do anything about it. King beds in each bedroom was a plus but the sheets & pillows were very cheap & the beds are very soft. The kitchen is well stocked & we enjoyed cooking in the unit. The price is very fair given all these considerations. I think if you are looking for a great place to stay on a fair budget, this unit will totally deliver and you’ll have a great stay. If you are browsing for more luxurious amenities, there are nicer units in the complex (at a little higher price).
Great size condo for a family, very well equipped and clean to make you feel at home. The view is amazing, we enjoy a relaxing stay here. Looking forward to come back.
This is a beautiful property and location with many amenities. Communication with property management was excellent. My one small disappointment was the upstairs residents with insomnia at 2 am stomping around a lot (pretty loud) but other than that, a splendid vacation!
