Our half duplex is located in the middle of the exclusive Villages at the Mauna Lani Resort where guests are able to access the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club, Golf courses, historic Lava trails , restaurants and groceries at the ML Shops next door as well as the Waikoloa Beach Resorts, King and Queens Marketplaces and stunning world renown beaches, just a short drive away.
The space:
Renovations include: new flooring, lights, fans, paint, art, rugs, tvs, dining chairs, beach chairs and umbrella, pack and play, high chair, water purification system etc..
This 2752sf half duplex offers guests three beautiful and spacious Master bedroom suites in a quintessential Hawaiian setting. This well equipped, upscale space is ideal for your Island getaway. From stunning sunset views overlooking the Resort to comfortable furnishings, our clean and well cared for rental promises to feel like your home away from home.
When you arrive, pull into your personal driveway and walk up to the unit's private entrance. Once inside, you'll find yourself in a spacious living area with ample seating and entertainment space that opens to a large outdoor lanai with a built in BBQ and wine fridge and pull down shade, perfect for sunset dinners. Have breakfast or get some work done at the kitchen island, open up the wall-length sliding glass doors, featured throughout the home, for the island breeze.

Sleeping accomodations:
Upper floor master suite offers a California king size Four Poster bed, window seat, large ensuite featuring shower and soaker tub
Lower floor second master suite offers a king bed, walk in closet, large ensuite with shower and soaker tub, as well as a private lanai
Lower floor third master suite offers 2 queen beds, a walk in closet, ensuite with shower and private lanai.
Other things to note:
Access to the Villages gym and pool area which offers a smaller kids pool, main pool, loungers in the shallow end of the pool to soak up some Hawaiian sun, hot tub, private cabana for quiet moments in the shade all surrounded by beautiful Hawaiian flowers and just a short walk from a nearby path. Parking onsite at the pool area if needed.

This condo is spacious and entirely comfortable. Its lovely to see the sunsets, enjoy the sounds of the birds, and by day, be conveniently close to wonderful snorkeling spots

The house was very nice and mostly well stocked. There was no pack n play as promised but we were able to rent quickly and Allison reimbursed us. Allison was excellent, she always responded quickly. The neighborhood is very nice. The beach club was usually very crowded so it’s nice to explore other nearby beaches. Great restaurants close by. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay
Very Large, nicely appointed condo in a great area on the Island. The Lanai with the BBQ was a plus, the local beach access was to a beautiful sandy swimming beach, but the time we were there it was too crowded to enjoy it to its full potential. However all other beaches in short driving range are world class. If you are looking for a nice, clean, spacious condo you will not be disappointed.
