CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Lovely location with great views and easy walking to shops, the beach, and activities. The condo had all of the amenities we needed for our stay, and the bedding was very comfortable. The showers and floors could use some better cleaning, but everything else was in great shape. Our host was very helpful and accommodating at check-in, and check-out was easy. Parking is also close by and not expensive. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and we will definitely come back again!
The location is amazing, we just loved hanging out on the lanai. Paul was a great host!
The unit was wonderful. Views are amazing. Definitely will rent again.
