Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Beautiful place, I would definitely come back. The only negative thing was the in the condo.
Very nice unit.
Chairs were kind of lame, no umbrella. This time of year, the sun is pretty tough from 4-6, until sunset, room gets hot. AC does not work well, not much relief during the day.
Wonderful little condo in great location with fabulous view of the ocean and marina. I will definitely be checking it's availability the next time I am in Waikiki.
Great view of marina! Appreciated the table on deck. (Bring binoculars to watch the surfers and sailboats) Bed comfortable, my adult daughter felt couch was comfortable as well. Easy check in. Lagoon and beach is just down the ramp from Ilikai. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Bus stops close too. Kitchen is very small but we did not cook so worked for us. Unit was clean. We plan to return in August and will rent this unit again.
The unit was nicer than the pictures with a great view out over the Harbor. You can see a fabulous sunset each night. And there’s live music below for a couple of hours in the evening which was really nice. It stops at 10 PM so not a problem as far as sleeping. The unit was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was amazing. It was nice to have a kitchen. It’s a short walk down a ramp to get to the beach and lagoon by the Hilton. Property manager was very nice. I’d definitely stay here again.
This VRBO was perfect for my wife and I. The lanai was a great place to have coffee and tea in the morning. We used the oven and cooking utensils to enjoy leftovers from a few of the great restaurants in Waikiki. Waikiki beach is just a short walk away, and the onsite pool is even closer and great for cooling off in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again.
Great view and great location
Comfy bed and adequate kid bed, full kitchen, plenty of fluffy towels. Everything for a luxurious stay at the beach.
