Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the private beach club (BEACH PASS INCLUDED) and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Within a 10-minute drive are three high end shopping complexes, Queens Shops at Waikoloa, Kings Shops and the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. Also do not miss a chance to visit the new Lava Lava beachside restaurant in neighboring Waikoloa.

We've stayed at a few different units in Ka Milo over the years. This one also didn't disappoint. Perfect location, beautiful home.

The house was perfect and clean. Great size for multiple adults and family. Love that the hallways and doorways we wide. Made it easy for senior walker to get around. We lived our staty.

This was outstanding, everything is upscale decoration, beds were extremely comfortable, bedding, towel, and large supply of beach towel. They did not spare expenses TVs, appliances, all the silverware, cooking supplies, even toilet paper was plentiful and of high quality, which is we’re many place provide substandard products. our full size SUV fit in the garage barely, which is important because the driveway is too short to park in. It was walking distance to the pool and work out location. We had access to private beach for the resort, which we went to swim, snorkel and play in the sun. The unit came with snorkel, bikes and beach equipment, including chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. The facility was clean and very quiet. We did not want to leave. If your departure flight is a red eye, do yourself a favor and just book the extra night. Check out for us was 10 am and out flight was not until 10 pm. The location provide an excellent app with tons of excellent information, activities, and resources including a video of driving to the location.
Wonderful week on the Big Island in a beautiful home and neighborhood. The house was outstanding and just as listed. A huge plus were the amenities in the garage….bikes and helmets, boogie boards, snorkels and fins, beach ball, sand toys, beach chairs, many towels, and to top it off a collapsible wagon to carry everything. Super thoughtful of the hosts…and thus a great house to stay in with family/kids. We’ll return!
Loved this villa. It was perfect for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. The living room only has one couch but the teenagers did fine sleeping on the couch. Beds were comfortable! Location was great. You do have to drive to the beach. Beach club pass was nice to have.Pool was great. Communication with property managers was good.No extreme cleaning requirements on departure which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Our stay was ok. In a condo community. Pool ok, not deep enough for a good swim. Lap pool small. Dishwasher needs a good cleaning, smelly.

This is a nice property and a good location. You can definitely tell this unit gets a lot of use as it is in need of some maintenance. The living room furniture was worn, dishwasher was dated, many of the bikes didn’t work well including one that got a flat tire 3 miles from the unit, the refrigerator condenser leaks water which got our food wet inside the refrigerator and the fan in the unit does not turn off. A whole house deep cleaning is in order. For the price we paid, I’m not convinced this property is a great value.
Harmony Villa provided a great home base for our big island trip this Oct. Its location is perfect for easy access onto main high way 19, and only a leasure drive from airport, Kona, and north end of the island. Mauna Lani commumity is well designed with lush landscape and private beach. WE spend two days there, truly relaxing. House itself is well maintained and have everything we need. Love it. Already thinking about going back for next trip.
