We had a fun vacation at this resort but it's showing signs of being worn down and neglected by Hilton. You should realize once you arrive you are fairly captive within the property. There is one arrival valet for the entire 3 tower property, and the Ocean Tower requires a 15 min walk or a train ride that comes every 5-20 minutes and takes 10 minutes. So when we wanted to drive somewhere else for the day, it would add a half hour to our journey just to leave the property. Traveling with a young child, this was very inconvenient. The room itself was super nice. It has been updated recently I believe. There is literally a paint line on the ocean Tower where they just stopped the renovation at some point. Half the rooms have new doors and glass balconies. The other half are worn. Luckily our room was one of the closest to the ocean with an amazing view and was perfect for our family. The food at the resort was so so. Meals at 4 seasons and Augerge were cheaper and way better quality than KPC here. Pool side dining was mostly frozen and reheated food. Edible but not great. The pools were very nice. The lagoon was great for our young child. Lots of turtles and other ocean life. They have a dolphin prison on the property. We felt mixed on it, becuase while our daughter loved seeing them so close, it was small and sad.Staff we talked to told us there used to be a lot more amenities before covid and the owner just never brought them back. Squeezing out now.
