Welcome to Kulalani 501 ~ A beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome retreat with vaulted 20 foot ceilings, three lanais including one with a built in barbecue grill and sink, 2 - zoned air conditioning units and 2 incredibly spacious master suites.
The upper level master has a king bed, walk in closet, private lanai and ensuite which includes dual vanities, shower and tub. Beautiful furnishings, wall mounted televisions, seating for two with ottomans on the lanai overlooking the 5th Fairway of the Mauna Lani North Golf Course. I

I stayed in the area many times this is the nicest unit I've stayed in. Excellent communication by the host. Beautiful area. Very quiet.
First off the property manager did not send out check in instructions. I had to email the day we left for that information. Messaged in the morning and by the time we got to Hawaii 14 hours later we still did not have check in information. I called and texted the property manager 17x and nothing. We had to contact Vrbo directly. They were finally able to get us in contact with the manager. You are required to park inside the garage. A full size suv will not fit in the garage. Hotel soap bars and no shampoo provided. Hair on the pillows and the place had lots of stains in the carpet. I’ve stayed at lots of Vrbo properties and this is most poorly managed property I have ever experienced. Renters be aware. Find another property manager.
Very clean and spacious unit. Just as described in the listing. It has everything you need for a Hawaiian/beach vacation.
This property is large and very nice. Overlooks views of golf course. Pool across the street is wonderful, and Mauna Lani beach is easy to get to. The property is well equipped and everything about our stay was comfortable.
Had a great stay! The home was very comfortable and well appointed. Massive bathrooms and closets. And a fully equipped kitchen. Would be perfect for 2 couples or a few friends. The location was great, very peaceful on the lanais overlooking the golf course and conveniently located to everything in the area.
We had such a nice time. The home was beautiful and very well stocked. It was such a comfortable oasis to return to after exploring the area every day. Wendee always responded very quickly and sweetly to any email I sent to her. We would definitely stay here again, if it was available. I could understand that it might not be, because of high demand. It is that nice of a place!
Very good stay
The condo was really clean inside, but could use a good scrubbing outside as well as the screens and window gutters. The beds were extremely comfortable. The layout worked really well for us and the décor was really nice. The location was great with the pools right across the street. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely stay here again. We would recommend replacing the kitchen sink faucet as it does not move.
This is a beautiful property - there is no mistaking that. Perfect for one couple or two - as it has 2 bedroom suites. That is where our satisfaction ended. Being in a condo community there are a lot of "rules", with the most irritting not being allowed to let your car sit out in front of the garage - it either has to be driven into the garage, which, btw, is painfully small (a mid-SUV won't fit through the single door frame) or parked in unassigned parking stalls which are not exactly convenient to where your condo is. Once inside, we found the TV's difficult to operate, as the instructions in the "rule" book (50+ pages) did not work, the upstairs jacuzzi tub was not operational, not sure about downstairs as I never tried it. We had contacted the property manager, Wendee, when we first arrived, as we were unable to identify the condo numbers from the road and then again to report the broken jetted tub. She responded. When we contacted her a third time for help with the TV, she stopped responding to us. I guess she was annoyed with us by then. Lastly, what I find especially irksome, and this is becoming a trend with many VRBO properties, is what we are "required" to do upon departure. We are two people who don't "mess up" things, however, in this case, we were required to load and start the dishwasher, start a load of laundry, and take out the garbage. Exactly what am I paying a hefty cleaning fee for? This is one time, I was truly disappointed with our entire stay.
The unit is clean and well furnished. Very comfortable beds, in the 2 en-suite bedrooms. Luxurious bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with what is needed for meal prep. Ideally located to pools and fitness center. Only criticism would be, poor lighting for reading, and narrow garage doors for parking.
We had a great stay! House was perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Kitchen was will stocked. Wendee was prompt to answer questions and take care of a request. We would definitely stay here again.
