About the Space:
- 3 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms: The home features two guest suites (queen sized beds) positioned at opposite corners, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite (king sized bed) is especially well-appointed, offering dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and both indoor and outdoor showers. One of the guest suites is located in the courtyard ohana, providing extra privacy and tranquility. For added convenience, there is also a half bath just off the main living area.
- Versatile Flex Room: A multipurpose room with a retractable Murphy bed provides an optional fourth sleeping space. Use it as a media lounge or office by day and an additional bedroom by night.
- Outdoor Living: Relax in the freeform pool, soak in the waterfall spa, or dine outdoors surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The pool is seasonally heated, with optional heating for a fee, and the spa heats on demand.
- Elegant Interiors: High end furnishings and custom ceiling details create a cohesive, upscale style. Large sliding glass doors connect indoor living seamlessly with the lanai and backyard oasis.
- Chef’s Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and premium cabinetry. With indoor and outdoor dining tables seating eight, the villa is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or local flavors together.

- The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.
- Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, great snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant. A short walk away from the condo through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkelling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!
- Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. All very nice. Slight construction noise due to new houses next door being built. Outdoor shower did not have hot water after running for 5 minutes and could use some additional privacy. Property managers were excellent and quick response to any issues. House was well stocked with kitchen items and amenities.Would have loved a beach/golf course view but knew it when we booked. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed to make it a great place to stay at.
We were so very comfortable in this large, elegant home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The enormous kitchen had every appliance, tool, and dish you could need plus a generous supply of condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable and luxurious, with lots of privacy for each room. The location was perfect - walk to fitness center, Foodland, shops and restaurants. The beach club (short drive) is perfect, with snorkeling and a sweet restaurant. Loved the easy biking and having our own pool and hot tub. Construction noise didn’t bother us but is a factor if you need silence - the neighborhood is still under construction. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you, Lissette and team for a seamless stay in Puako!!
Wonderful home in a great location - beach club great and can easily bike or walk to the restaurants/shops. Property manager is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.
Everything about the property was fantastic. The property and house are exquisitely maintained and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The bikes were like new and we really enjoyed biking to the shops and dinner. The snorkeling gear and beach items were everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend the property. We will be back!

The house and grounds were lovely and included a pool and hot tub. We especially enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. The master bath had a wonderful outdoor shower.
This was a great house with everything you could need for cooking and relaxing. Awesome to have all the beach gear. We didn’t want to leave.
