The Villages is a gated community located within the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort famous for the Francis H. I’I Brown, 36 hole golf complex. It was the former home of the MasterCard, Senior Skins championship. World class golf, tennis, pristine beaches and private spa are just a few of the many resort amenities. The Villages also includes it’s own exercise facility and private pool and heated spa.
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2172 square foot, (plus 400 square feet of outdoor lanai) 2 story Villa home offers luxury resort living at an incredible value. Three separate lanais provide many tranquil spaces for outdoor enjoyment. This Villa has been furnished with Bernhardt and Tommy Bahama furnishings with luxurious Eastern Accents bedding. These are not your typical rental appointments!
Interior spaces include flat screen TV's in the living room and master suite and wireless, high speed Internet service. All spaces include solid mahogany doors and trim with bronze hardware. The gourmet kitchen is finished with granite countertops, Wolf, Sub Zero, and Fisher and Paykel appliances. Large bedroom suites make bringing adult guests or sharing this home easy!
The three bathroom suites include travertine marble, cherry cabinets and Kohler fixtures. The interior features 3 zones of central air conditioning for your comfort. The large outdoor lanai provides a complete outdoor kitchen featuring a Lazyman BBQ. The master suite on the second floor offers a King bed with two double beds in the other second floor suite and a queen bed in the first floor suite. The laundry room is complete with full sized Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer.
The Villages private recreation area is located just steps away and features a pool with waterfall and separate heated spa, exercise room and entertainment area with BBQ. Enjoy shopping and dining at Starbuck’s, Tommy Bahama’s. Ruth’s Chris Steak House and many galleries and merchants at the newly opened 'Shops at Mauni Lani'. Access to the Mauna Lani Spa, Mauna Lani Tennis and Athletic Center are available also for a reasonable daily or weekly rate including Spinning, Yoga, and Power Cut classes. Lap swimmers will enjoy a 25 meter lap pool also.
The Mauna Lani Resort is well known for its commitment to Hawaiian culture, historic preservation, and environmental conservation. A self guided walking tour allows guests to discover acres of historic park featuring the Holo Holo Kai petroglyph park and other archeological sites and the famous Kalahuipuaa fishponds. Enjoy the many paved walking/running paths throughout the resort including those along the 2 miles of shoreline.
The Kohala Coast boasts the best weather in the world. An average temperature in the 80’s throughout the year with low humidity and less than 8 inches of rainfall per year make this the perfect place for year round beach and golf activities.

This was the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at! So much space, comfortable beds, everything we needed in the kitchen. The lanai was beautiful, we ate outside for every meal. The pool is a one minute walk from the back door. Beach club parking access was great! Otherwise there are many stunning beaches a short drive away. The grocery store is maybe a 5 minute walk away, which we loved (also ice cream, coffee and other shops/restaurants). Great place!!
Home was well equipped, conveniently located and roomy for our group of 8 people. One issue came up during stay and was corrected quickly and nicely by the host so did not impact our time in the home.
Loved this property! Very nice gated community and extremely quiet neighborhood. The unit is so well equipped, from the kitchen to the pool and beach gear! And only a short walk to the pool, probably 1-2 minutes. Lissette reached out to us the evening we arrived to offer any assistance we might need. Everything was fabulous!

This was our third time staying at this property which should say enough alone. We love this home and everything it offers our family. The beds are so comfortable and this luxury condo has every amenity one might require plus more. Best of all is the location. The Mauna Lani resort truly is the most beautiful on the Big Island and with its private beach club, there really is no comparison. We look forward to visiting again next year!

Very nice Town Home. Very well equipped. Everything you could want was supplied. Plus very good onsite ma nagement. The coffee grinder quit working and the onsite manager replaced within 1 day. Very well stocked condiments. And Coffee. And every kitchen utensil you could ask for. Excellent shape and condition. Plenty of towels, both beach and regular. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Although no view of the ocean, it was short walking distance to the Shops, which included a well stocked Foodland, good coffee shop, and Tommy Bahama's restaurant, which was excellent.Excellent fitness center close by with all new, working machines. Pool at fitness center is nice and good for when you don't want to go to the beach.We had a wonderful time and great family vacation.
The property is clean, well stocked and had a great layout and decor. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the complex and this unit is very close to the pool. Appreciated all the beach gear and the parking in the garage. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. We will be back again! Thanks so much.
We love the location as well as the large lanai with a perfect exposure to have shade most of the day but still a view of the sunsets.
We came over with our adult children and their spouse / partner and left with a newly engaged daughter. The property is well represented on-line. Every bedroom has their own bathroom, the beds are comfortable and the twin beds are “doubles” with plenty of room. The house is well stocked with pots and pans, appliances and lots of spices and condiments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no issues or reasons to contact the manager. I’d highly recommend this property.

The house is well kept and in a great neighborhood. The access to the beach club is one of the best perks! We would definitely stay here again.
This was one of the best vacation we have had. All because our family was able to join us and the owner has equipped this townhome so well, we wanted for nothing. One stop at the market, and we were set. The local contact was readily available to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a delightful time on the Big Island in this villa! It was so spacious and well maintained! We loved all of the beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, towels and even awesome goggles (when some of ours started to fail.) We found the “house 3 ring binder” super informative and helpful—used it to pick out beaches and found our all-time favorite beach at Mauna Kea! Loved sharing meals at the huge dining room table and playing our favorite games! Enjoyed the short walk to the best coffee shop, juice place and Island Hopper Tap Room.Thanks for the memories!
We booked for a wedding at the Fairmont Orchid right down the street. It easily accommodated our family and the open space gave us plenty of room. One of the best VRBOs we've ever rented. The property owner was excellent to communicate with for out time. Would stay here again. Many thanks.
Beautiful home, perfect for our group of 7 (2 couples and 3 children). Very clean and comfortable, we all loved our time in this property, especially in the evenings when we opened the sliding wall, sat on the back patio and grilled dinner. House was well stocked with everything necessary for cooking, including spices, cooking oils and even pantry staples. Tons of gear for beach excursions, all the snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for all ages you could possibly need. Fantastic, quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. Perfect location just a short walk to groceries, shops and restaurants and just a few minutes drive to the beach. Communication with the owner and the property manager was quick and easy, and they were both more than accommodating to our requests. We loved this property, and will gladly book again for our next trip to this area!
