Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area. $250.00 fee to replace Mauna Lani Beach Club card if lost.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking: This rental unit is allowed a maximum of two vehicles: the first in the garage and the second in an unassigned space with the unit parking placard displayed. Please be aware that garages at Palm Villas are relatively small and may not accommodate oversized vehicles. Parking for the unit is in the garage. If you are going to rent a car, we recommend requesting one no larger than a mid-size SUV. A large SUV or Truck may not fit in the garage. If you plan to have two cars, please notify us so that we can provide the unit parking placard for the second vehicle. Please be aware that a maximum of two vehicles is allowed per rental unit.
No commercial or oversized vehicles, including moving trucks or trailers, may be parked on the premises overnight.

The Palm Villas in Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the center of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Kitchen was solid pool beautiful
Wonderful spot, perfect location close to shops, beach club, pool, and beautiful public beaches all along the Kohala coast. Hosts were responsive and accommodating whenever we asked anything. Only thing I wished we had realized earlier in the trip is the thermostat would shutoff if certain doors were open for a period of time.
The home itself was inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. I found the primary bedroom mattress incredibly comfortable.
Fantastic place with lots of amenities and a full working kitchen to prepare your own meals. It was great they had beach equipment at the unit, complete with boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and beach towels, blankets and umbrellas. Check-in and out was super easy. Overall a great experience for the five of us.
My family stayed at this property for 6 nights. The communication with the management company was exceptionally timely and informative. Plus the landscaping, pool area, etc at the Palm Villas complex was amazing. However, the reason that I can’t rate this property at the full 5 stars - even though it is a very large 3 bedroom unit - is that it is quite dated inside with the furnishings, bed linens, etc being very basic. This may be reflected in the price being lower than similar units in the same Palm Villas complex.
Clean, comfortable, well-appointed kitchen. Convenient location with trail/bike access to beach, restaurants, grocery store.
Clean and spacious property with access to private beach club and pool, including plenty of pool toys for the kids and beach amenities. Perfect for a large family getaway with plenty to do for everyone. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The property is a beautiful location near the pool. It is very nice and well maintained. It really felt very comfortable to stay here. I would highly recommend it to others.
The house was well equipped and large enough for my family. Our check-in was seamless and very easy. The location of the home and the property (in general) was convenient and well positioned. The only thing that would’ve put it over the top, would have been if it was waterfront, or a little closer to the water, but it was still a great location.
Place was clean, in a good location, and nicely furnished. It fit our needs, no complaints.
We stayed in Palm Villas for 9 days. Very comfortable. The Beach Club was amazing. We would love to stay here again.
We spent nineteen wonderful days at this spot with our four adult children and one eight month old granddaughter. This property worked very well for all ages and stages. We enjoyed the local pools right outside our patio as well as the Mauna Lani fitness center across the street. We also made good use of the private beach and walking pathways. This is our fourth time to the area and we’ll definitely be back.
