It is located in a quiet and private location, with sweeping sunset views and away from the most heavily touristed areas of the Kona coast. That said, it's close enough to access restaurants, and proved to be a great jumping off point for touring much of the island when not just drawn to staying put in a comfortable house with an extremely well-equipped kitchen.
